Hotel Mariver

First of all the food is good, but it comes a bit fast in the restaurant. But overall I think this hotel is overrated. You have to pay EXTRA for a place at the pool, excluding towels: You also have to pay for those. In my opinion a bit weird because I already pay a lot for the hotel itself? You also have to pay for a place at the beach, that’s acceptable but the whole system around getting a place is very complicated and doesn’t work. Overall I think the hotel is ruled too much, there are many list about what your not allowed to do. Even so the staff: they are very strict which isn’t a problem but because of this they are also very unfriendly (which they may not want to).

Actually the hotel is very nice and restaurant also is very amazing but the organisation’s from reception in unacceptable because they’re don’t care their clients When we’re booked I had wrote them please give us king size bad because we have 2 years old son but they gave us 2 singles join bad We didn’t use beach because they hadn’t ability this day but it’s not problems They should to be gave us because our packages is all included And first day I asked for toothbrushes but they bring us day after morning I would like to request the hotel team management please talked with your team reception Many thanks We’re really glad to your restaurant and restaurant all of staffs And thanks a lot Mr. Giacomo (Bagnino) Normally all hotels breakfast starts from 07:00am in the morning but instead here it is made at 08:00am Normally when you're check in the hotel they will tell you everythings ex. how is the system when you can go to the breakfast and how can you use pool and what time for resturent and how can use internet but here nobody can tell you so for us they are not professonal for 4 star hotel And one things when you use their pool you should pay for bed 5 euro and 4 euro for towel per person but they never told you before So I advised to everyone please be careful
